Are you guys tired of the going to the same party with a crowd that I like to call the “Desi Shore Crowd” (Desi version of the Jersey Shore). Do you ever want to hang out with fun down to earth good people? If I was to tell you there was a party, where the type people there are the kind that give to charities and care about issues and charities. Is that something you may be interested in? Now I don’t promote a lot of parties but when something very different comes along I like to bring it to people’s attention.
Elite 8 Events is 8 events a year, at 8 different exclusive venues, with 8 different charities attached. Basically they want to bring people together here in our area to help our people back home in the motherland. Now at this charity party is going have everything a kickass party will have but it’s for a good cause. So check it out.

“Feed an Education” $28 can feed a child from economically weaker sections of society for an entire year. Join us and let’s help children get an education by simply allowing them to eat.
Akshaya Patra is happy to state that they have achieved their earlier mission of feeding 1 million children by 2010, in early 2009. They continue to reach out to more and more children, giving each one the equal opportunity to unlock their true potential. They now aspire to reach out to 5 million children by 2020. The CONCEPT: 8 events annually at 8 unique venues helping 8 different South Asian charities. A night out to join others within our local South Asian community to help benefit those that are less fortunate amongst our global community.
The MISSION: To create an “elite” environment for South Asians to socially mingle while establishing a network to develop awareness of various South Asian charities and their causes.
