Actually I think he is just an immature young fellow that learned a thing or two from Tamil movies, or for that matter Bollywood movies.
What is funny is that all you characters (read ABCDs), worship Bollywood (the clothes, silly dances whatever…), but didn’t realize that he took away all this from movies that you too worship.
